Volunteer
Volunteers in youth work are essential in supporting young people achieve their full potential. We offer various opportunities to volunteer with Youth 1st directly from youth work and administration to opportunities to become part of our Board of Trustees. Most of the volunteers we support are part of member groups, participating in community based youth work. To find out how to volunteer contact admin@youth1st.co.uk.
Partnerships
Youth 1st are partners on many strategic groups that are directly involved in planning youth work and the Third Sector for the future. We also work closely with our network partners including Fife Council, NHS Fife, Our Minds Matter, Local Youth Work Planning Groups and in particular with our colleagues at Youth Scotland to provide access to training and support to our members. We have experience with administering small grant schemes, hosting training and seminars and organising and running high profile networking and celebration events. Our experienced staff are experts in youth work and welcome forming partnerships with youth workers, groups and organisations across Fife. Donations & legacy
Donations, gifts in kind and legacy donations will help Youth 1st be sustainable. Funding received directly helps us build capacity, develop training, create resources and ensure we are well placed to support Fife’s young people achieve more positive outcomes.
