Exploring Brain Development

How do we handle tense moments and challenging behaviours without breaking the vital trust we’ve spent months building with young people?

This interactive workshop equips youth workers and volunteers with tools to navigate conflict, manage challenging behaviours, and communicate with transparency. We will take a look into Transactional Analysis (TA) to view tough conversations from a fresh perspective, developing a deeper relational self-awareness and empathy.

Finally, we will put these tools to the test by analysing real-world scenarios faced by Fife Youth Workers, focusing on how to de-escalate tension and repair relationships whilst keeping the focus on fun, friendship and learning.
