Youth Work Co-ordinator - Closing date 1st June 2026

Working hours: 3 evenings per week during school term time, Daytime hours during school holidays, Flexibility required to meet service needs | £14.71 per hour

Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people to thrive? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and caring Youth Work Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you’ll:   Plan and deliver engaging activities for young people aged 5–18;  Coordinate programmes, staff rotas and holiday activities;  Support and supervise youth work staff and volunteers;  Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion;  Build positive relationships with young people and families;  Help create a safe, fun and supportive environment where young people can grow and succeed.

We’re looking for someone with:  Experience working with children and young people;  Strong organisational and communication skills;  Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety; Experience leading activities, teams or youth programmes;  A positive, flexible and inclusive approach
